Every January, millions of people set ambitious New Year’s resolutions, hoping to become a healthier, more productive version of themselves. Why does this happen year after year, and what if I told you there’s a better way to approach the new year—one that doesn’t rely on the pressure of resolutions?
In this blog post, we’ll dive into why traditional New Year’s resolutions often set us up for failure and explore how we can shift our focus toward creating sustainable, meaningful change without the stress of self-imposed “goals.”
1. The Problem with Traditional Resolutions
Unrealistic Expectations: We often set overly ambitious goals like "lose 30 pounds" or "workout every day," without considering how achievable they are in the long term. This leads to frustration when we inevitably fall short.
