Private Support Group

Upon joining this program, you will have direct access to a private

group. This group will offer women a place where they

can support, engage, and learn from one another without judgement.

Weekly Group Coaching Calls with Maureen

Each week, you will have the opportunity to participate in a coaching call with Maureen, where she will offer feedback and support related to the program content. Additionally, she will provide insights on your progress.

Guest Lecturer

One module of the program will be delivered by a guest lecturer, who will also contribute insights to other modules. Further details regarding the guest lecturer and the specific modules will be provided at a later date.

Library of Resources

In addition to the weekly modules, you will have access to a comprehensive library of additional resources throughout the program. This collection includes recorded breathwork sessions, guided meditations, meal plans, and more.

What happens when the program is over?

Upon completion of the program, you will have the option to continue participating in weekly coaching calls for an additional monthly fee. We highly recommend maintaining this support to ensure your ongoing progress on your wellness journey.

What if I cannot make the weekly coaching calls?

The weekly coaching calls will be recorded. You will have access to the calls in your program library.

What if I fall behind on the modules?


This program is designed to be self-paced, allowing you to create your own schedule for module completion. While you have the flexibility to complete the modules at your own pace, we strongly encourage you to attend as many coaching calls as possible. These sessions provide valuable support from Maureen, helping you stay aligned with your goals and ensuring continuous progress.

What are the benefits of the private group?

Upon enrollment in the program, you will receive an invitation to join a private group. This community offers a platform for you to participate, learn, and connect with other women facing similar challenges.
