Before founding Virya Life, I worked in the corporate world — long hours, tight deadlines, and the constant pressure to keep going no matter what. I know firsthand how burnout creeps in, and how easy it is to lose touch with your own well-being.


That experience, along with my training in nutrition and wellness, now fuels the work I do with organizations. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all — because no two teams, or people, are the same.
