Why It Matters

Having navigated high-pressure work environments myself, I know how stress and burnout can quickly take hold. My training in whole-person health informs every Co-Lab, ensuring programs are grounded in evidence-based wellness strategies while staying practical for real work lives. The goal is simple: help organizations support their people in ways that last, creating a workplace culture where teams can truly thrive.

Before founding Virya Life, I worked in the corporate world — long hours, tight deadlines, and the constant pressure to keep going no matter what. I know firsthand how burnout creeps in, and how easy it is to lose touch with your own well-being.


That experience, along with my training in nutrition and wellness, now fuels the work I do with organizations. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all because no two teams, or people, are the same.
