Virya Co‑Labs is a facilitated space where teams and leaders navigate everyday workplace complexity together, without shortcuts, tips lists, or one‑off talks. Through guided dialogue and whole‑person practices like movement, breathwork, nutrition insights, and storytelling, teams slow down long enough to see what’s really going on, name what matters, and move forward with clarity and cohesion.

This work is not about delivering answers for them, it’s about helping teams discover them together in a structured, grounding, and collaborative way.



Our Approach

Every Virya Co‑Lab is tailored to the real needs of your team. We partner with organizations to create practical, interactive sessions that enhance:

Before founding Virya Life, I worked in the corporate world, long hours, tight deadlines, and constant pressure to keep going. I know firsthand how overwhelm and burnout can disrupt focus, clarity, and connection in teams.

That experience, combined with my training in nutrition, wellness, and facilitation, now informs the work I do with organizations. I help teams and leaders navigate change together, using whole-person practices to support energy, focus, and sustainable collaboration. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all because no two teams, or people, are the same

How Team Engage

Pilot Session (Single Session):
A 90–120 minute session to experience the Virya Co-Lab approach. Teams reflect together, surface key patterns, and co-create actionable insight. Perfect for exploring if this approach fits your team.

Short Series (2–4 Sessions):
A connected series of sessions that builds momentum, embeds clarity, and allows teams and leaders to practice reflection, notice recurring patterns, and generate sustainable ways of working together.
