How to Kick Fatigue & Boost Your Energy!


Are you struggling to keep energized throughout the day? Do you find it difficult to incorporate exercise, healthy eating, and mindfulness into your day? This 12-week virtual holistic program is designed for busy, professional women who want to get healthy on their terms.

This program will be starting in the Spring of 2024! Enrollment will be limited.

Our Modules


Some of the modules in this 3-month program will include the following:

Stress Management Tools

Mindful Eating

Gut Health

Exercise & Movement Based Well-Being

Food Prep & Meal Planning

Each week will contain a different topic that will be self-paced. A weekly coaching call with Maureen and guest lecturers will be included.
